Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how the OrderLess: Takeout Tracker iOS application ("OrderLess" or the "App") and this OrderLess support and privacy webpage handle information. OrderLess is developed and operated by Ian Neuhaus, an individual developer operating under the Neuhaus Apps name ("Neuhaus Apps," "we," "us," or "our") in Florida, United States.

OrderLess is an accountless tool that helps users reduce restaurant delivery and pickup orders through a gradual weekly plan. No Neuhaus Apps login or account is required.

Information stored on your device

OrderLess stores the following information in a local SQLite database on your device when you choose to provide or create it:

These records are used on your device to calculate weekly allowances, estimated savings, patterns, progress, and reminder timing. Neuhaus Apps does not operate a server that stores this content and cannot view, retrieve, recover, or remotely delete it. Limited data processed by third-party SDKs is described separately in the purchase and advertising-measurement sections below.

OrderLess does not connect to a bank, credit-card account, restaurant account, delivery service, email inbox, contacts list, location history, HealthKit, camera, microphone, or photo library. An optional order price or weekly spending estimate is a value you enter manually; it is not imported from a financial institution.

Locally generated record identifiers are used to organize records within the App. They are not advertising identifiers and are not used to track you across apps or websites.

Purchases, Apple, and RevenueCat

OrderLess offers a recurring weekly subscription and a separate lifetime purchase. Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. Neuhaus Apps does not receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account details.

OrderLess uses RevenueCat, Inc. to obtain product offerings, check introductory-offer eligibility, validate purchases, determine entitlement status, restore purchases, help prevent purchase fraud, and provide purchase-performance analytics.

Because OrderLess does not have an account system and does not provide a custom user identifier to RevenueCat, the RevenueCat SDK generates an anonymous App User ID. RevenueCat also processes purchase and subscription information associated with that identifier, such as product and transaction information, receipt and entitlement status, renewal or expiration status, and related App Store purchase events. Neuhaus Apps does not send your name, email address, OrderLess plan, individual order history, spending entries, or reflections to RevenueCat.

Purchase history is used for app functionality and purchase analytics. OrderLess does not use RevenueCat for advertising and does not configure RevenueCat with your email address, phone number, or an advertising identifier.

Apple and RevenueCat process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Local notifications

OrderLess asks for notification permission only after showing an explanatory screen. If you allow notifications, the App can schedule daily reminders, a Monday allowance-reset reminder, and—when enough local order history supports it—an optional pattern-based reminder.

These notifications are scheduled locally on your device. OrderLess does not request an Expo push token, does not use a Neuhaus Apps push-notification server, and does not send your order history to create reminder timing. Notification permission status, settings, local scheduling identifiers, and timezone are stored on your device.

You can turn reminders off within OrderLess and can change or revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Optional data export

OrderLess includes an Export my data control. If you choose it, the App creates a JSON file containing your onboarding answers, plan versions, orders, reflections, preferences, and export timestamp in the App’s temporary cache and opens Apple’s share sheet.

Nothing is exported unless you initiate this action and select a destination. Neuhaus Apps does not automatically receive the export. Any person, app, cloud service, or other destination you choose may receive and retain the file under its own privacy practices. You are responsible for choosing a secure destination, especially if the file contains a name, spending estimates, or private reflections.

The temporary cached copy may remain until it is replaced, removed by the operating system, removed when local app data is cleared, or deleted with the App. Copies you send elsewhere must be deleted from those destinations separately.

Support communications

If you voluntarily contact Neuhaus Apps, we receive the contact information and message content you choose to provide, such as your email address, device model, iOS version, screenshots, anonymous purchase identifier, or problem description. We use support information to respond, troubleshoot, protect the App, maintain necessary support records, and comply with legal obligations.

Please do not include detailed spending history, private reflection notes, another person’s information, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information in a support message unless it is necessary and you intentionally choose to provide it.

Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the support request, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified when reasonably practicable.

Website information

This is a static support and privacy webpage. Neuhaus Apps does not place advertising cookies, analytics tags, tracking pixels, forms, or behavioral-tracking scripts on this page.

The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may automatically process limited technical information—such as an IP address, browser or device information, request date and time, and security or access logs—to deliver, operate, and protect the website. That processing is governed by GitHub’s Privacy Statement.

This page uses system fonts and does not request font files, images, analytics, or scripts from third-party content-delivery networks. If you follow an external link, the destination site’s privacy practices apply.

Tracking, advertising, sale, and sharing

OrderLess does not display third-party advertisements. The App includes TikTok’s App Events SDK to measure installs and advertising performance, attribute conversions, understand app usage, and optimize campaigns promoting OrderLess. Depending on device settings, consent, SDK configuration, and feature availability, TikTok may process device or advertising identifiers; IP address and related network information; device, operating-system, and app-version information; timestamps; app launches and other product interactions; and trial, subscription, or purchase-related events and parameters such as product type, currency, and value when provided.

When enhanced data postback is available and enabled, the TikTok SDK may also automatically process descriptive screen metadata, interface classes, element labels and positions, button clicks, text elements, and key event parameters. OrderLess does not intentionally send TikTok your locally stored order history, reflection notes, onboarding answers, or optional first name as custom advertising-event parameters.

On iOS, OrderLess may present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission prompt before accessing Apple’s advertising identifier or performing tracking that requires permission. If you deny permission, the App will not receive Apple’s advertising identifier; privacy-preserving or non-identifier attribution signals permitted by Apple, such as SKAdNetwork information, may still be used. You can review or change tracking permission in iOS Settings.

TikTok may link data from OrderLess with data from other apps, websites, or offline sources for advertising measurement, targeting, attribution, or campaign optimization. Apple categorizes this activity as tracking. Neuhaus Apps does not sell personal information. RevenueCat purchase analytics are used to operate and understand paid access, not to advertise to you across unrelated services. iCloud backups and device transfers

Neuhaus Apps does not provide an OrderLess cloud account, cloud-storage service, or multi-device sync service. Apple may include locally stored OrderLess data in an iCloud backup, encrypted computer backup, or device-transfer process depending on your Apple and device settings.

Those Apple-controlled copies are not accessible to Neuhaus Apps. Deleting information inside OrderLess may not immediately remove an older copy retained in an existing Apple backup. Review and manage backups through your Apple settings.

Retention and deletion

Local OrderLess data

Your local App data remains on your device until you delete individual records, use Delete all data in OrderLess Settings, or delete the App, subject to any Apple-managed backup or transferred copy. The in-app deletion control removes onboarding answers, plan versions, orders, reflections, preferences, and app flags from OrderLess’s local database and cancels its scheduled local reminders.

Purchase information

Deleting local OrderLess data or deleting the App does not cancel an App Store subscription, delete Apple’s transaction record, or necessarily erase the RevenueCat purchase record. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase information under their applicable policies and as needed for transaction history, restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Restoring a purchase may re-establish entitlement information.

Support information

You may request deletion of information you voluntarily sent to Neuhaus Apps. We will honor verified requests when required and reasonably possible, subject to records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or other legal obligations.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can:

• Review, correct, export, or delete locally stored information using OrderLess controls.
• Turn reminders off in the App or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
• Review or change OrderLess tracking permission in iOS Settings.
• Manage or cancel a renewing subscription through your Apple account settings.
• Choose not to send a data export or support message.
• Ask Neuhaus Apps to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of personal information we possess, where applicable law grants that right.
• Object to or withdraw consent from applicable processing and appeal a denied privacy request where local law provides those rights.

Because Neuhaus Apps cannot access your locally stored App content, we cannot remotely provide, correct, or delete that content for you. For a request involving RevenueCat data, contact Neuhaus Apps so we can help route or process the request. We may need information reasonably necessary to locate the correct anonymous purchase record and verify the request.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. To submit a request, email support@neuhausapps.com with the subject “OrderLess Privacy Request.”

Children’s privacy

OrderLess is a general-audience habit and budgeting-support application and is not directed to children under 13. Neuhaus Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through OrderLess. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Neuhaus Apps through a support communication, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Data security

OrderLess reduces privacy risk by keeping habit, spending, order, and reflection records on the device and by avoiding accounts and developer-operated cloud storage for that content. Advertising-measurement data is limited to the purposes and third-party processing described in this policy.

Purchase communications with Apple and RevenueCat use their secured systems. Nevertheless, no device, transmission, storage method, or service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You can help protect local data by using a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, keeping iOS current, protecting your Apple account, and choosing secure destinations for exported files.

Service providers and required disclosures

Neuhaus Apps uses or relies on the following third parties for the limited purposes described in this policy:

• Apple: App Store distribution, payment processing, purchase restoration, operating-system permissions, notifications, backups, and device services.
• RevenueCat: purchase validation, entitlement status, introductory-offer eligibility, restoration, fraud prevention, and purchase analytics.
• TikTok for Business: advertising attribution, app-event measurement, analytics, audience and campaign optimization, and related advertising services.
• GitHub Pages: hosting and security for this static webpage.
• User-selected export destinations: only when you intentionally share an OrderLess export through Apple’s share sheet.

We require service providers acting on our behalf to handle information consistently with their contractual and legal obligations. Independent services also operate under their own privacy policies and security practices.

Neuhaus Apps may disclose information it actually possesses if reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; enforce terms; investigate fraud, security, or technical issues; protect users, Neuhaus Apps, or others; or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We cannot disclose local OrderLess content that we do not receive or possess.

International processing and legal bases

Neuhaus Apps is based in Florida, United States. Apple, RevenueCat, GitHub, and a destination you select for export may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy laws and protections can differ by location, and those providers describe their transfer practices in their own policies.

Where a legal basis is required, limited external processing is based on performing the App’s purchase contract and providing requested functionality, our legitimate interests in support, security, fraud prevention, and service operation, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, but doing so does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when OrderLess features, vendors, legal requirements, or information practices change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective and last-updated date. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide additional notice when required by law or appropriate through the App or website.
